The equity stake, explained.
Membership is priced partly in equity: 1% common stock in any company you build when you join, then 1% more for every year of membership, during membership and within one year of leaving. It's a small, VC-style stake, and it's what aligns us with your outcome: when you win, we win, and we work harder to make sure you do. The stake is non-voting and structured to be friendly to your future fundraising. We don't take equity on companies you built before joining FrontierU. Founder-tier members can negotiate alternative arrangements. Sophisticated founders prefer this model because it makes us actively useful. We don't just collect dues and watch.
