Build the future among the best and brightest.
Founders have ideas and talent, but they also need a network and access to capital. FrontierU gives you a filtered community of operators and builders, three permanent campuses, warm investor intros, and mentorship from people who've done it. Whether you have an idea or not, this is the place to start.
A true home for founders.
The institutions that should make founders weren't built for them. FrontierU is what they should have been.
Universities credential. They filter graduates into corporate jobs, taught by professors who haven't shipped a product in decades. The established institutions are, by design, not for founders.
Accelerators batch. Three months together, a curriculum aimed at the median founder, a demo day at the end. Then 5–10% of your company is gone forever, and the network goes cold. And founder residencies put you in a room with a small cohort for one season.
FrontierU is continuous: a filtered global network year-round, three permanent campuses, pop-ups everywhere else, and a network that follows you from pre-idea to Series A and beyond.
What FrontierU gives founders.
A filtered community of operators and builders.
Members are selected for agency, obsession, clear priorities and other qualities. We look for the same traits you're looking for in a co-founder, a first hire, or a peer who won't let you coast. Your future co-founders are already in the network.
Three permanent campuses.
San Francisco at the technology frontier. Próspera on a Caribbean island, inside a special economic zone with light regulation. Paris at the European hub of capital and talent. Move between them as life and work allow. One membership gives access to every campus whenever you choose.
Warm introductions to investors who back members.
FrontierU takes a 2% equity stake in companies our members build, so our incentive is to put the best founders in front of the best capital. When you raise, we introduce you to investors who already trust our filter.
Operator mentorship and hands-on support.
Member-led office hours. Introductions to people who've shipped and exited. Founder members get dedicated guidance during fundraising and hiring. The kind of help that usually takes years to earn.
Socrates as your strategic co-pilot.
Sparring partner, market researcher, technical tutor, recruiter. Available 24/7, knowing your goals, mentoring you at whatever you need to do next.
Pop-ups across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Live where your customers, collaborators, or investors are. Build your company from wherever makes sense for the stage you're in. Move as often as your life lets you.
Three paths through FrontierU.
All kinds of founders arrive at FrontierU at every stage: pre-idea, solo, and paired, bootstrapped and backed. Where you start determines what the network gives you first: the people who push you, the co-founders you haven't met yet, the operators who've already done what you're about to do, and the investors who back members. The support layer shapes itself around your starting point. Three of the most common shapes are below.
Pre-idea founders
You don't have a company yet, but the drive to build one. FrontierU exposes you to operators, technologists, and other ambitious builders. Find the problem worth your decade.
Solo founders
You're already building but you're alone. Connect with peers who push you and access warm intros to investors when you're ready to raise. The network shifts you from bootstrapped to backed at the moment you choose.
Co-founding pairs
You and your co-founder already know what you're building. FrontierU plugs you into the campus that fits your stage: SF for technical hiring, Próspera for regulatory experimentation, Paris for European capital. Plus the support layer that turns a side project into a company.
Every introduction, every mentor relationship, every member you meet runs through one platform, built for ambitious young founders who want to build serious companies and tap a network that compounds with them.

One membership, three campuses
Move freely between our locations, whenever you want. Your membership is global.
Pop-ups around the world
3-month pop-up communities for members who’d rather move than settle, crossing every continent.
Paris
A campus in Paris, a château in the countryside and more than your typical university has to offer. Stay as long as you want, whichever country you come from, in the city of philosophers, artists, and salons.
San Francisco
In the city where the future of technology is being written, surrounded by the people writing it. Hacker houses, demo nights, investors, and talent on every street.
Próspera
A special economic zone on a Caribbean island, with light regulation, low cost, and a community of people who came here on purpose. Live and work somewhere that makes the rest of the world look slow.
The 2% equity stake, explained.
We take 2% common stock in any company a member starts during their membership or within one year of leaving. It's the smallest VC-style stake in any program at our level, and it's what aligns us with your outcome: when you win, we win, and we work harder to make sure you do. The stake is non-voting and structured to be friendly to your future fundraising. We don't take equity on companies you built before joining FrontierU. Founder-tier members can negotiate alternative arrangements. Sophisticated founders prefer this model because it makes us actively useful. We don't just collect dues and watch.

No. Most of our member-founders apply solo. Apply with what you're working on (or what you want to be working on). We judge you on your own merits, not on whether you've already paired off.
