FrontierU is reinventing university for them. Members pursue their ambitions instead of jumping through hoops for credentials. Some come to study, others to build a company, some to do both. Students study at a fraction of traditional tuition fees. Founders get immersed in a community of the brightest peers, and tap the facilities and introductions that turn ideas into companies.
We're planning a network of permanent campuses, starting in Florence, with Austin and Prospera to follow and pop-up communities extending it globally. The campus network is not yet open. We don’t care which path you take, only that you’re serious and talented. FrontierU finds these people, sharpens them, connects them, and brings them to the frontier.

Pursuing a degree? Get it at a fraction of the cost.
Want an accredited online degree alongside FrontierU? Enroll independently at any institution of your choice. You apply and pay tuition directly to that institution, which awards the degree. Online programs can cost a fraction of traditional tuition; the degree is optional and separate from your FrontierU membership.

Frequently asked questions
Ambitious young people — outliers, founders, future domain experts — who don't want a four-year degree from a traditional elite institution. We admit roughly the top 2% of applicants. A tested IQ of 120 is a hard floor, and the chance of admission rises from there with evidence of agency (real initiative, independent learning, real ambition), obsession with a technology, business idea, field of study or art form (passion isn't enough), and willingness to sacrifice what the work may demand (e.g. comfort, income, social life, the safe path).
